## Credits FAQ

### How do credits work?

Buy a one-time pack and spend credits whenever you like. One default video uses 13 credits, and credits are deducted when you start a render.

### Do credits expire?

No. One-time credits never expire, so you can buy a pack now and use it on any future story.

### What if my video fails to render?

Failed renders return the reserved credits to your balance automatically, so you only pay for videos that finish.

### Can I upgrade to a bigger pack later?

Yes. Within 30 days of your latest purchase you can move up to a bigger pack and pay only the difference.

### Is there a subscription?

No. Every pack is a single payment with no recurring charge. Buy again only when you need more videos.

### Which pack should I pick?

Single is one video to try it out. Duo covers a few stories for you and friends, and Crew and above bring the price per video down for regular creators.
