Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of zombiecouplevideo.lol and the AI-powered image-to-video generation services provided by Zombie Couple Video ("Zombie Couple Video," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, accounts, subscriptions, credits, and related features (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

The Service

Zombie Couple Video allows users to upload images and submit instructions to create AI-generated, fictional zombie-themed couple videos and related content. AI generation is probabilistic. Results may differ from previews or expectations, may not accurately reproduce a person's appearance, and may contain visual artifacts, inconsistencies, or other errors.

Generation times are estimates only. We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, models, plans, or other parts of the Service as the Service evolves.

Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete account information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account without our written permission. Contact us promptly at support@zombiecouplevideo.lol if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your Content and Permissions

"User Content" means photos, images, prompts, instructions, and other material you upload or submit, as well as the outputs generated for you through the Service.

You retain any rights you have in your User Content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, process, modify, and display your User Content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service, fulfill your requests, and comply with law. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except for temporary backup copies and information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

For every photo or other item you upload, you represent and warrant that:

• You own it or have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to upload and process it through an AI service.
• Every identifiable person shown is an adult and has consented to the upload and the creation of the requested content.
• Your use does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contractual, or other rights.
• Your content and requested output comply with these Terms and applicable law.

Do not upload photos of minors, public figures without authorization, or anyone who has not consented. You are solely responsible for your User Content and your use or sharing of generated outputs.

Generated Outputs

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. Because outputs are created by AI, we do not guarantee that any output is unique, eligible for intellectual-property protection, or free from similarity to content created for others. You are responsible for reviewing an output and determining whether your intended use is lawful and appropriate.

You must not present an AI-generated video as authentic footage of real events or use it to deceive, defame, harass, impersonate, exploit, or harm another person. When context could reasonably cause confusion, you should clearly disclose that the content was AI-generated.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to create, upload, request, distribute, or facilitate content or activity that:

• Violates any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right.
• Uses a person's image without the rights and consent required by these Terms.
• Depicts or sexualizes minors, or exploits or endangers any child.
• Is sexually explicit, non-consensual, hateful, excessively violent, threatening, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or intended to facilitate harm.
• Impersonates another person, spreads deceptive media as fact, or interferes with elections or civic processes.
• Contains malware, attempts to bypass safeguards, probes or disrupts our systems, or accesses accounts or data without authorization.
• Scrapes, reverse engineers, resells, or uses automated means to access the Service except through an interface or API we expressly provide.
• Uses the Service or its outputs to develop, train, or improve a competing AI model or service without our written permission.

We may remove content, block a generation, limit access, or suspend or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or action is necessary to protect the Service, our users, or others.

Credits, Purchases, and Subscriptions

Some features require payment, a subscription, or credits. Prices, included credits, billing periods, expiration rules, and other plan details are shown at checkout or on the applicable offer page. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge the selected payment method for purchases and applicable taxes.

Credits are a limited, revocable license to use eligible features of the Service. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and may not be resold. Promotional or free credits may expire or be subject to additional limits. Paid credits and subscription benefits are subject to the terms displayed when purchased.

If a generation fails due to a verified technical error in the Service, we may automatically restore the associated credits or provide another reasonable remedy. Credits are not guaranteed to be restored when a generation completes but the result does not match your subjective expectations, or when failure is caused by prohibited content, unsupported inputs, user error, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval disclosed at checkout unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, and access generally continues through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Except where required by law or expressly stated in a specific offer, purchases of credits and digital services are final and non-refundable once credits have been used or generation has begun. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund, cancellation, or consumer rights available under applicable law.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for functions such as AI generation, payments, authentication, hosting, storage, email, and analytics. Your use of those features may also be subject to the provider's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability may affect the Service.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and other materials provided by us, is owned by or licensed to Zombie Couple Video and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. "Zombie Couple Video" and associated branding may not be used without our prior written permission.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your intellectual-property rights, contact support@zombiecouplevideo.lol with enough information for us to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, and the basis of your claim.

Feedback

If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other appropriate action if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay amounts due, or misuse the Service. Where reasonably practical, we will provide notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and disputes.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and quality. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that generated outputs will meet your expectations or be suitable for a particular use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zombie Couple Video and its affiliates, service providers, and personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD $100.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zombie Couple Video and its affiliates, service providers, and personnel from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your User Content, your use of generated outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Zombie Couple Video is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where the mandatory laws of your place of residence give you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the date above. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where required by law. Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Service.
